  • Punta Cana: All-Inclusive Trip to Saona Island Paradise

    1. Punta Cana: All-Inclusive Trip to Saona Island Paradise

Discover Isla Saona, a Caribbean oasis off the southern coast of the Dominican Republic. Find out how, originally named Adamanay by the Taino Indians, the island was renamed by Christopher Columbus, during his second voyage to the Americas in 1494.  Begin the tour by boarding a speedboat and jetting off to Saona Island. On the way, stop to swim in a waist-deep natural swimming pool with transparent waters. If you're lucky you'll see some starfish. When you arrive at Isla Saona, you'll have many activities to choose from. Wade in the turquoise waters, visit the open bar, take a nap on a beach lounge chair, walk along the coastline, or play volleyball. Indulge in a typical Dominican lunch of chicken, pork, rice, beans, salad, and fruit. You can even enjoy lobster and premium drinks when you book the VIP option. Take your time to discover the island and do it all.

Beach and water were phenomenal! Alberto was an amazing guide! However they only have rum for drinks on the boat and lunch is not bad on the beach! Would definitely recommend this!

  • Punta Cana: Saona Island and Altos de Chavón Day Trip

    2. Punta Cana: Saona Island and Altos de Chavón Day Trip

Head to Altos de Chavón to see a replica of a 16th-century Mediterranean village perched above the Chavón River. Admire the work of artisans from the Dominican Republic who crafted the village in detail. Board a catamaran and cruise to Saona Island and get back to nature in the government-protected reserve. Relax on the beach and top up your tan, or go for a swim. Explore the tropical surroundings at leisure and discover one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Marvel at the white sand and coconut palms before a BBQ buffet lunch of typical island fare. Make use of the open bar and sample local drinks before you return to Punta Cana.

Transport war sehr lang. Bis man mal auf dem Schiff war hat es ewig gedauert. Getränke gab es das erste mal nach 4 Stunden. Saona ist sehr Touristen Überlaufen.

It was wonderful ! Driver was on time , there was plenty of things to do , snorkel with stingray and sharks, kayak, paddle , massage etc .. there was a bar with drinks and food. I really loved the fact that you could do what you wanted the whole time , not having to follow a group around. Only cons : no social distance at all on the boat, it was packed. A bit pricey for the time, I would add one extra hour

Very friendly staff and good service and the price was pretty moderate and the only thiythat really bugged me was the photo price 100$ for photos and videos was too much that’s why no one bought any photos

Very beautiful trip. Catalina is beautiful. The only thing to critique would be the pick up and organisation. We waited a long time, had to change busses at a gas station... it waisted a lot of time...

We had a great time with 1 team explosive atmosphere guaranteed. Very nice crew staff. I recommend this activity with my eyes closed.

Great Trip. Transportation went well and organized to get to the boats.
