Cruise on a modern boat and take some time to admire Pula, Istria. Watch the beautiful sunset and take the opportunity to watch dolphins play. The three-hour voyage starts from the port of Pula and continues along the coast of the Brijuni National Park where you can see dolphins in their natural environment. Dolphins are frequent visitors to the Brijuni waters because of the abundance of fish that dolphins come to hunt in the evening. With beautiful sunset scenes, dolphins, and Brijuni National Park, enjoy dinner and drinks onboard. For dinner, choose between a Mediterranean fish menu, meat menu, or vegetarian menu. Drinks are served throughout the ride (coca cola, fanta, red and white wine, and water). Upon your return to the Port of Pula, take the opportunity to see the famous Pula giants and the Pula Arena at night.

After being transported to the pier, you will begin your 3-hour tour which will be arranged on board of a comfortable boat around the Brijuni National Park. You will have a guide with you on board your boat, who will conduct a sightseeing tour around all islands of the National Park whilst also informing you of interesting facts about the islands and its famous owners. Your tour also includes dinner on board your boat, consisting of traditional dishes of Mediterranean cuisine such as fish, meat, or vegetarian dishes. You will begin by picking up the equipment according to your height, weight, and previous experience with stand-up paddling boarding. You will then go through a 10-minute ntroduction at the SUP center where you will cover the theory of basic SUP techniques. When you have covered everything you have learned on land, you will head out on tour around the island and inside of the bay, allowing you to peek into the underwater world in a new and exciting way. All SUP boards are equipped with waterproof LED lights, which create a super cool lighting spectacle beneath them.

Receive a 10-minute introduction to stand up paddleboarding and get to grip with the basics. Then, pick up the equipment that aligns with your height, weight and experience level. Next, learn tips and tricks on how to navigate on the water from your instructor. Once you are done and feel comfortable on Stand Up Paddleboard, you will head straight into the sea and paddle towards the island and into the sunset. Your safety and confidence on the paddleboard will be ensured by your instructor. Learn to stand-up paddleboard like a pro. Follow the coastline and admire the calm open sea while the sun slowly fades towards the horizon. Take amazing sunset pictures of you during this one-of-a-kind experience. Finally, head back together to the shore.

There is no better way to start or conclude your day than on a stand-up-paddle-board (SUP), out on the water, doing yoga. The morning SUP yoga class starts at 8:00 AM, the evening at 6:30 PM, both lasting about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Before you begin the class, you'll have a 10-minute introduction to stand-up paddleboarding, in which you will learn all of the basics and tricks with your knowledgeable and experienced SUP teacher.  After the introduction, you will paddle to the SUP yoga docking station, tie down your paddle-board, and the yoga class can start. As you move through a series of yoga poses, simultaneously connect with yourself and the stunning nature that surrounds you. Gaze at the morning sky, or the technicolor sunset, and breathe in the calm that yoga affords you.
