Pula: Half-Day Kayak, Cliff, and Cave Tour

1. Pula: Half-Day Kayak, Cliff, and Cave Tour

The day will commence at Valsaline Beach, where you’ll get to know your guide and familiarize yourself with the day’s program. All participants will be provided with diving masks, life jackets, and some waterproof bags for their valuables/belongings. Start rowing toward the famous Tarzan cliff — a place only accessible by boat. After around 45 minutes of paddling, spend 30 minutes relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The adventurous can try out diving and the extra-adventurous can even jump off the cliff into the water. Then, head to the famous Pula’s cave, entering one at a time. Leave the kayaks in the cave while you tour the area. With some more free time, simply enjoy your natural surroundings, dive into the blue waters, or jump from a 10 or 12-meter cliff. Your local guide will happily answer any remaining questions, and of course, teach, explain, and show you the most important things when it comes to cliff-jumping and diving. The tour will end back at Valsaline Beach. Look through and take home some of the photos and videos taken throughout the day.

Pula: Introduction to Scuba Diving

2. Pula: Introduction to Scuba Diving

Learn how to scuba dive on a wonderful introductory course on the coastline off Pula. Benefit from the experience of a professional guide who will teach you the correct breathing techniques and how to sign and communicate underwater. Fill out a medical questionnaire and then receive all the necessary equipment for your new underwater activity. After a short explanation on safe practice underwater, and having learnt some of the dive signs, slowly venture underwater to a maximum depth of 8 meters. Dive off the Adriatic coastline for the chance to get up close to a seahorse or octopus. The maximum duration of your dive will be 30 minutes. Since the level of the course is not too difficult, you can bring along your family.
