La base What a once in a lifetime experience. Everything is handled great. Pickup was on time and of we went to “la base” right next to the Rio Madre de Dios river. Once we arrived we had an amazing breakfast and our rooms were ready. At arrival we were lucky enough to spot wild monkeys in the trees of la base, incredible. After breakfast the first trip started and we went to lago sandoval. 1 of the many trips to come. The guides were great and we were greatly impressed by the knowledge about the animals, plants, trees and everything that is found in the river and amazone. This kind of information you can't learn in school, you have to learn through experience of living in the jungle. The food was great, the drinks were cold and the artmosphere was amazing. We felt home and were sad to leave, but we left with a memorie we will never forget!! Charlie, Eddy, Alda, Jair and the whole team, many many thanks! It was an amazing 4 days!!
