1. The pickup will be at the hotel or address provided. Transfer to Atlixco. 2. Visit the historic center where you will visit the zócalo, the Parish of Santa María de la Natividad and the municipal palace for the explanation of the murals of Atlixco. 3. Later we will go to the "la pasadita" establishment for a tasting of artisan bread, chocolate, beer, Atlixquense mezcal and a delicious artisan ice cream of your choice in the "Ximitl" ice cream shop where exotic flavors are found. 4. Former Franciscan convent. From there you can appreciate a good view of Atlixco and the city of Puebla. On a clear day, the volcanoes look majestic. 5. Visit Mega nurseries, where you can find a wide variety of flowers, plants and fruit trees. 6. Transfer to Chipilo, tour of a factory to learn about the cheese making process. 7. Cheese and wine tasting 8. Transfer back to Puebla and drop off at the hotel or address provided.

Start with pickup from your accommodation and make your way to the first canteen on the tour, La Terminal. Enter through its old-western style wooden doors. Admire the many old photos and artwork on the walls, which gives the bar a classic ambiance. Try their specialty drink, sangria, and learn about the history of this popular local hangout. Next, visit La Ópera, which is decorated in a classical French style. Try some menyul, which is made from peppermint leaves, a few drops of angostura, cocoa cream, Tres Coronas liqueur, rum, and a secret ingredient. Then, make your way to La Pasita, which is one of the oldest and most popular bars in the city. Taste its eponymous drink, which is raisin liquor served in a shot glass with a little cheese cube inside. See the many curiosities of the bar which has a variety of toys, masks, and photos decorating its interior. Visit Nevados which is situated in front of the Zocalo. Enjoy a beautiful view from its balconies on the second floor. Taste a Nevados cocktail, which is available in a variety of flavors including strawberry, walnut, vanilla, prune, amaretto, amongst many others.  If the tour group has 9 or more participants, enjoy a short musical tour with a local music group that takes you through the university zone and ends in the artists' plaza. Enjoy a night out in Puebla exploring the popular El Parían market and tasting typical street food before learning the ins and outs of Mexican wrestling and rooting for your fighter from VIP seats.  The night starts with pickup from your accommodation in Puebla. Travel in an air-conditioned van to El Parían, a typical market selling handicrafts, local snacks, and candy. Taste some Mexican street food and learn the story behind it. Stroll around the market admiring the different talavera (clay pottery) and trying Mexican candies.   Continue walking through historical and colonial streets and visit a local bar to try pulque, a pre-Hispanic fermented drink which is the topic of many local legends. Try traditional pulque or a curado (flavored with fruit or honey). Next, it's time for the show to begin; follow your guide around the arena to learn about the history of Mexican wrestling and then make your way to your VIP seats. Put on your wrestling mask and read a short description of the wrestler. Learn the words and phrases to scream and scream them as you take in the energy of the match below. After the 2-hour match, hotel drop-off will be provided.

Nibble on tacos arabes, mole poblano, pipian, tamales, traditional deserts, chile en nogada, and more. Try a unique alcoholic drink called pasita liquour. Then, visit one of the most important cultural cites of the city, Puebla Cathedral, and enjoy a panoramic tour on a double-decker bus called Tranvia de Leyendas. Pass by Los Sapos, Analco, the Xanenetla neighborhoods, and the civic zone, where the famous battle at Loreto and Guadalupe forts took place. Puebla is one of the 3 states in Mexico with the country’s richest gastronomic traditions. Due to its geographical location, Puebla became an obligatory point of rest in Colonial times for travelers making their way from the Gulf of Mexico to Mexico City, as well as those travelling from the Pacific Ocean to the capital. Many convents were established in the Puebla, where the nuns created the dishes that were to become the most famous in Mexico: mole poblano and chiles en nogada. This 5-hour tour will take you to the markets where the ingredients are bought and the restaurants where they are transformed. Visit traditional markets, mole mills and small traditional restaurants where you’ll taste a variety of local specialties, including tamales, tamal tortas, cemitas, chalupas, molotes, pelonas, memelas, quesadillas, and mole and pipian. Finish off with traditional sweets such as camotes and tortitas de Santa Clara. Some traditional recipes will be shared with you so you can try them when you’re back at home. Not everything on this tour is food-related, however. You’ll learn about the history of Puebla, listed by UNESCO as a Human Heritage City.
