In the beautiful city of Olbia, in north-eastern Sardinia, you can live a real gastronomic experience to discover delicious dishes of the Sardinian tradition, but rethought in a modern way. An expert chef will skillfully combine different types of tapas, which can be made with bread, waffles or bowls, with different local wines, using raw materials and seasonal, to enhance the flavors. An experience available all year round suitable for children, for a gourmet and delicious lunch or dinner. The dishes vary every month according to the seasonal products available in the territory. The tasting will be based on finger food with tapas created by our chef: - Tapas where the main element is the Lentu Bread, also called Pane Modde in central Sardinia, that is a sort of esplanade cut in half and stuffed with various seasonal products. For example, all year round you can find tapas called Underbrush, with purpuzza (fresh pork sausage) sautéed with porcini mushrooms and basil mayonnaise - Tapas in waffles made with puffed rice, in particular you can taste the Gift of Venus with red shrimp, wasabi pea cream and burrata cream - Tapas without waffles: fried culurgiones with typical Ogliastra filling with potatoes and mint - Tapas in a bowl with hot or cold sauce: the chef will surprise you with the Porco Rosso, based on touches of marinated pork belly and with more cooking with crispy rind, fruity tomato sauce (result of fusion between Sardinia and Asia) or tapas Gazpacho tomato and watermelon, sea cruditè with catch of the day and puffed fregola wafer (instead of rice) There will be a selection of ten dishes with tapas inspired by the Sardinian tradition, revisited in a modern way, with fillings of meat, fish, vegetables, charcuterie, cheeses and much more, combined with four glasses of wine (red, muscat and bubbles) available and variable according to the season. Children of all ages are welcome: for them there is a dedicated menu accompanied by soft drinks.

It will be a dive into the past and it will seem to live the life of the old ancestors - Lunch or dinner: a meal with various courses to lead to the first stage of longevity. Discover the islands and beaches of the Maddalena archipelago on this boat tour that takes off from the Palau Marina. Visit Cala Corsara and Cala Granara on Spargi Island, Spiaggia Rosa (Pink Beach) and the Cavalieri Beach on Budelli Island, and Porto Madonna and Cala Coticcio on Caprera Island. Departure From Palau & La MaddalenaFrom the meeting point at the Palau Marina, head to La Maddalena for a 15-minute stop at the Medaglie d’Oro in Via Amendola. At the end of boarding, leave towards Spargi Island. Enjoy traveling on a modern boat with state-of-the-art equipment and experienced staff that will guarantee a safe trip. From the Cavalieri, it is possible to reach and visit the Spiaggia Rosa (Pink Beach). See the unique pink sand while making sure to pay attention to the rules of environmental protection. Paduleddi IsletsWhile sailing to Caprera Island, pass the Paduleddi Islets: Punta Presa Cavalli, Cala Santa Maria, Barrettini, and Corcelli. The latter is a small island on the east of Santa Maria and houses a small black light that stands on the highest part. Caprera: Cala CoticcioThe last stop takes you to one of the most beautiful bays of the archipelago. Located on the northern part of the eastern side of Caprera. Its location, close to the heights and stuck between steep cliffs, forms an evocative setting and makes it one of the beaches better sheltered from the west winds. Enjoy a dip in the blue-green sea of the bay in the company of numerous fish. Return to Palau & La MaddalenaThe first return stop will be in Palau and the second one, after 15 minutes, in La Maddalena.

We’ve never been to wine tasting, but are definitly going again after this experience! Anna Maria was really good at explaining (in english) all about the wines, and also had a history introduction about Sardinia! The wines and the scenery are absolutely worth a visit.
