We used this service for our arrival and departure trips from the airport in Prague. There was a bit of confusion on our arrival time but it got straightened out. Our drivers were both very friendly and helpful. Our arrival driver gave us many good tips and was able to answer any questions we had. We will definitely use this service again!!

We received a text to say our driver was in the arrivals hall, he was waiting where we would told he would be with our name on a board, nice friendly smile and handshake, the driver walked us to the car ensured we had everything and offered water, a city guide book a map with the collection times and reference on it, very smooth and pleasant transfer. The return journey was just the same, we received a text to say our driver was outside, again a nice walk welcome, we where offered bottled water and again a issue free transfer, thank you, highly recommended, We have used your service in a number of countries with no hassle.

On arrival our transfer was waiting where we could easily find. Great personal greeting + bottle of water. Mixed up on the return leg. Not sure if I booked it wrong or a confirmation problem but I didn’t spot it until the cab was 20 mins overdue. Without fuss or delay they sent a car within 10 mins. Very good.
