The tour was excellent. George, our driver, picked us up at the agreed upon time. The van was comfortable and clean. Hannah, our guide, was personable, knowledgeable and easy going. The sites we visited are, of course, somber; but the experience was very informative. Highly recommend this tour and this company.

The visit at Terezin was excellent. The guide on the bus and in Terezin were excellent. The driving round Prague in circles for 1 hour 40 minutes and swapping buses I could well have done without. We were picked up at 8.20 as advised but after driving out of Prague centre, back in, changing buses at railway station and round Prague again - almost to point we were picked up- to pick up final passengers then back to railway station it was after 10 when we finally got on road to Terezin. Why we had to drive right out of Prague to pick up passengers not even on the Terezin trip and then round Prague again for final passengers is a mystery

The guide we had was very knowledgeable and personable. He shared many facts and stories about World War II and the history Terezin that he has studied over the years. You can see his goal is to ensure you leave with a good understanding of the events. I have mobility issues and he was very accommodating. Terezin itself was a sombre but yet hopeful experience.
