The Best of Swan Lake performance features the music of Tchaikovsky with the entire story told in a selection of scenes from one of the world’s most beloved ballets. Little is known about the original production of Swan Lake. Much of the Swan Lake we know today is from a revision in 1895 by the famous choreographers Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov. The building dates from a time before the foundation of the New Town by Charles IV. It was an Ambrosian monastery in the 14th century. After the 30 Years' War (1618-1648) Ferdinand II allowed Irish Franciscans to establish a college on the site of the desolate monastery. The present Classical appearance of the building dates back to the early 19th century. The building served as an exhibition site in the 20th century and only in 2006 was the dilapidated building saved by the Hybernia Theatre project. Theatre Hybernia opened in 2006 as a modern, air-conditioned theater and concert hall with 1,000 seats, 2 restaurants, 4 bars, and a summer terrace.

The show is very beautiful, the dancers are professional, the music is overwhelming and the atmosphere is great. We sat in row 21 and it is an excellent place. Area B. At the same time, the hall was mostly empty and there was no obstacle to move to the front rows. So we paid more to sit closer and it's a shame. But all in all it was a pleasant experience
