Full description
One of Bohemia's prettiest towns, Cesky Krumlov is a living gallery of elegant Renaissance-era buildings housing charming cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops, and galleries. In 1992, it was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With the convenience of a licensed professional tour guide, get acquainted with Cesky Krumlov. The town has been bustling since medieval times, and the historical center is exquisitely preserved. Then, march off to Krumlov Castle for a taste of the Renaissance. Krumlov Castle is the second biggest in Bohemia, after Prague Castle. This jewel attracts visitors from all over the world. (The castle is closed from 31st October - 21st March; we can visit the town of Ceske Budejovice along the way instead). Later, dine at one of the local pubs or restaurants for lunch, where you can enjoy the local beer, Eggenberg. You can explore at your own pace, saving time for souvenir shopping if you wish. If you are finished early, you also have the option of adding the nearby town of Ceske Budejovice or the Hluboka Castle to your tour.

Robert was our driver and he was fantastic. I learnt so much about the Czech history during our drive. Travelled in a beautiful Mercedes. Robert found out I was interested in beer and suggested stopping at a brewery on the way. During our stop at Cesky Krumlov Robert gave us lots of information about the town and guided us to beautiful parts of the town. He suggested a great restaurant in town. When we arrived back in Prague he also spent an extra few minutes driving around our hotel to show us places to eat. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you so much for an amazing day that we both won’t forget for a long time!

Great Cesky Krumlov tour

George was our driver and guide for this tour. He was very knowledgeable, outgoing, and entertaining. He related well to all in our party. He provided us with an excellent lunch suggestion in Cesky Krumlov. Cesky Krumlov itself is a beautiful town where all had a wonderful day. Highly recommended all around. Also excellent value for money.

We were collected from our hotel in a sedan car and enjoyed a relaxed and very informative day with Prem. Cesky krumlov is a beautful village and so worth the drive from Prague. We loved our day seeing more of the Czech Republic.
