The overall impression was good, but the pick up was a bit chaotic. The tour guide could have been better, especially from the pronunciation point of view, she was very hard to follow and to understand. Also the fact the menu was changed and the tour guide ordered for the whole group without asking if the group is ok with this. Apart from this incoveniences the tour itself was a very good option to see most of what Prague has to offer.

The tour guide was excellent. She spoke brilliant English and was very knowledgeable about the city of Prague. She even helped us find the best way back to our hotel. Very kind and lovely to chat to. Didn’t get her name but if I did I couldn’t Recommend her enough. She was just brilliant. I would advise you that this is a walking tour so be prepared for at least 5 hours of walking. The boat trip was lovely. The best thing about the trip was getting picked up at our hotel in the morning so we didn’t have to waste time looking for the tour start point

Insightful

Guide was very easy to talk to and very interesting. Fit in a lot of sights in one tour and had a very enjoyable day. The tour involves mainly walking and the boat ride is not until the last hour of the tour. Only downside is you have to make your own way back to hotel from the boat trip. However, our guide called taxis for us and arranged for them to take us to our hotels for a very reasonable price.
