What people are saying about Portsmouth Historic Dockyard

Thsi was my second visit in recent years to the Mary Rose - such a wealth of everyday artefacts from the 16th century! Cookig utensils, tools, books! The pocket sundials in particular. The building is itself a wonder.

Clear display with a variety of information and activities for 5 year olds to 75 year olds. Great fun having a workshop with Henry V111. Very friendly helpers throughout the exhibition

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, it was stunningly displayed, looking into sailors lives over 500 years ago.
