Full description

Explore the picturesque and historic city of Porto on the Magic Train Tour. The train departs every 60 minutes from the Sé Catedral (Cathedral of Oporto) and travels around the city center with an audio guide available in Portuguese, Spanish, French, English, and Italian. The train takes you directly to the oldest wine cellar in Portugal — Real Companhia Velha. A guide will take you on an unforgettable tour inside the wine cellar which includes a short 15-minute film, a 30-minute visit to the old parts of the cellars, and a tasting of 2 quality port wines. After the wine tour, the train will pick you up and continue the tour around the city. See the most important monuments such as St. Johns Theater, the Famous Batalha Square with the Santa Catarina Street, Aliados Avenue, Clerigos Tower, Carmelitas Church, and more.  Once the train tour is over, go down to Ribera to join a 1-hour boat cruise along the Douro River. The visit to the winery was fine, but not The little train convinced us, neither because of the route nor because of the lack of audio. In some parts of the route we had locution and music and in another part of the route nothing

Nice combination of 3 activities. The train journey is a tourist train that initially takes you to the oldest wine producer in Porto. There we did a fairly short tour and tasting (2 port wines). The train then takes you along some important buildings in the city. Then you have to walk to the boat yourself. The boat trip is definitely recommended.

The service when I arrived at the meeting place was great, but I was informed that the included lunch was not actually available (I felt cheated). The tour of the cellars was very interesting, I enjoyed it a lot, but on the way back to the center of Porto there was a lot of traffic, we were stopped for about 1 and a half hours, and the train that transports us shakes a lot.
