Meet your local guide at the Fountain of the Lions, also known as the ‘Gryffindor Fountain’ by Harry Potter fans. On your way to Carlos Alberto Square, come across two churches. Find out why and how the Carmo and Carmelite Church are being divided. Check out the world’s narrowest house and hear the amazing story behind it. Visit the Bank of Materials, a unique vault that houses all the tiles you can spot around the city. Hear about the ‘azulejos’ and why they decorate Porto. After, try the signature dish of a local bakery, the delicious ‘empanada de Vitela.’ Visit Porto’s landmark: Clerigos Tower. See the city walls, gates, a cute garden with olive trees and spot the city’s old prison. Discover Lello Bookstore, an inspiration for the bookstore in Harry Potter. Stop by the wax shop in front of the church. Move over to the ‘heart of the city’ at Aliados Square. Surround yourself with beautiful baroque buildings and other architectural styles. Learn about Porto's history at Sao Bento Station. Enjoy the stunning city and riverside view from Dom Luis I Bridge. Finish your tour at the cathedral.

Our guide Patricia is very knowledgeable and super friendly. We loved the history and stories she would share about Porto and brought us a very memorable last day in the city. The pride of Porto would come alive through The Age of Discoveries and why invincible is on Porto’s coat of arms. She knew each street and the right places for the best views. Thank you Patricia!!
