    Your wine-tasting tour will start with a guided visit to the aging cellar, where distinguished wines have been maturing for more than 100 years. Here, you’ll get to know what makes Port wine so special and learn all about the place where it’s made, the Douro Valley.  Next, you’ll take a walk to the tasting room, where a harmonized sample of three different Port wines awaits your palate. As you sample the wines, learn about which foods pair well with Port wine and discover unique Port styles you might not have tasted before.

      We were lucky to be only 4 with a wonderful, friendly and perfectly bilingual guide. A pleasant and instructive visit, which ends in apology with a tasting that is worth the detour. This is THE visit to do! This does not belong to a large group without humanity but to a family that respects traditions and work. To do and redo !

      This is a good but short wine tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a small group (under 10 people) doing the tour, which I loved. The tasting itself came with 3 different wines as well as snacks. I would recommend this tour, but would advise you do multiple.

      The climb up the mountain is worth it. We had an interesting little tour just for us (that's certainly the advantage that the business is a bit off the tourist strip with the other wine cellars) and a nice tasting in the family business. You should definitely do it in Porto!
