Cross the Worlds Longest Suspension Footbridge - the Arouca 516 - and walk the Paiva Walkways, considered one of the most beautiful trails in the world (seven kilometers). Restore your energy with a delicious traditional lunch in a typical Portuguese restaurant. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon at Aveiro, the so-called “Portuguese Venice” and traverse the canals on a boat trip. Wander through the old quarter to see the main Art Nouveau buildings, the fish market, and taste one of the city's delicacies, soft eggs. Last but not the least, see the famous haystacks of Costa Nova. Discover the magnificent fishing village with its wooden houses in bright striped colors.

Excellend guide, small group of 8 people, felt very comfy with them. :) Impressive bridge, really beutiful landscape. I can recommend the tour very much! We didn‘t climb the stairs of Paiva because it is obviously very strenuous to do so but kind of would have loved to see them from below. (No deal breaker though…) Altogether, it was all very convenient and well organized. You can‘t go wrong here. :) Thanks for an amazing day :)…

Norberto was just the perfect guide for this tour. He fulfilled the wishes of all his guests and gave us a wonderful day. The lunch was fantastic and it was a very varied and exciting program. He also built in additional program items that were not intended. Top performance, the best day of our vacation!

Superb day, Norberto is a very friendly guide, who knows a lot about the region and Portugal in general. The only disappointment would be the 10€ to cross the suspension bridge. Otherwise a nice walk along the mountains and water. A meal in a pretty typical village and a late afternoon in the Portuguese Venice.
