The tour was top class and we gained many new impressions of culture and the different culinary influences on the food in Mauritius. Our guide Christophe was sensational and was able to answer all of our questions. He also took us to places that a "normal" tourist would probably never have gone to. Highly Recommended!!

Christophe did a great job! He responded to all of our requests in a very charming manner. We ate way too much...
