The single factor needs improvement is to not allow people who come first hold up too many seats by just putting their bags unnecessarily. This is un Australian behaviour.

Great experience

Great experience. The food is great and the Great Barrier Reef is amazing. We had our four year old with us which proved to be difficult time wise as we had to tag team the snorkeling. It’s not four year old friendly in terms of activities. Negative: The commute back and forth made us sea sick. It was dangerous walk around and there should be railing everywhere.

Very friendly staff, and comfortable cruise experience to the reef. Many aquatic options were offered. We focussed on and enjoyed the underwater viewing vessel. Sadly, the overcast weather did not provide enough light to enhance the natural beauty of the coral. We would have also appreciated having the glass windows a little cleaner to maximise the underwater viewing experience.
