Overall it was a great trip, a good combination of travel by bus, a three hour sea cruise and time at Port Arthur to wander around and also for a short guided tour. Everything was great but just one suggestion. On the boat cruise, all the seats were used and this meant that for those coming onto the boat last, they get seats with less views down the back (especially seats immediately behind the person driving the boat). Either the numbers on the boat cruise need to be reduced so these seats are not used or halfway through the cruise there is a swap with those in the forward part of the boat if passengers at the back want to do that.

the staff were amazing & definitely made the experience more wonderful. experts at what they do & really great guys. weather was not ideal, but that didn't dampen our excitement. the staff on board our cruise managed to find a southern right whale as well as loads of dolphins & seals. our coach driver was so attentive & kept us up to date with historic local info. thanks for an unforgettable experience.

Tasman Peninsular Boat Ride was. These two 70+ year olds really enjoyed it - and no one got ‘seasick’. The youngish cruise captain was wonderful and had a very interesting and easy listening conversational style of presentation. Lunch at Port Arthur was just delicious… complete with soup, ham and salad rolls and fruit… plus water and tea or coffee. Entry fee was included and wrong part in a guided tour with an excellent guide. We also had a very experienced and excellent coach driver … who provided a great commentary.
