The instructions to meet and where to meet was awful. The instruction and direction assumed that people where coming from one directions. It didn’t take in consideration that we are visitors from a foreign country and we aren’t familar with Italy at all. We took the metro to the train station so our left was actually should have been a right. Finally finding out who our tour guide were , he was rude as hell. The tour guide should have been there before the tourist with a sign on him describing what event. Having a sign would greatly help the tourist. I started out pissed as hell before my trip began. Your directions and the way you all do things should be a whole lot better. Giving a map and having a pointing area on it is no good at all. Ridiculous. Now the guy that took us to Pompeii was an excellent tour guide. The one that met us was fuckin ridiculous.

Very good guides, were met by someone in Rome who accompanied us aboard the train. One who picked us up when we got off and a fun and knowledgeable guide in Pompeii. Highly recommended. We just did as we were told to cost us. NB there are some tired sellers outside Pompeii / exit. Can be a bit overwhelming. Otherwise tip top trip!
Quite expensive but well worth doing Pompeii this way as it saves you spending hours trawling around the site aimlessly searching for the “best” sites. Guide was friendly & knowledgable & tour was kept at our pace.
We a very good tour and our guide knew everything! She showed us the main points and the secrets, she could tell a story for every stone!
