What people are saying about Pompei

We had a great day at Pompeii, our guide Vito was knowledgable, charismatic and organized. We were lucky that both Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius didn't have super long lines so we did not have to wait long to go into many places. We visited Pompeii first because there tends to be fog at the top of Vesuvius which was a good plan because we were able to get a great view at the top of the mountain later in the afternoon. Make sure to bring water bottles and a hat when visiting since there is not much shade in both areas. Wear proper shoes for hiking up the mountain, while it is short it is steep and on a dirt/rocky road. Would not recommend getting the option with lunch included as the pre fixe menu is limited and I did not enjoy it however, there are other options in Pompeii with similar pricing (or you can pay 16 euros to get the pre fixe once you're there) Thank you for a wonderful day Vito!

This tour was very well organised. Pick up was on time, everything was well explained. Nunzia did a really great job in Popmeii. I would recommend not booking the lunch beforehand as there is a 7 euro price difference. The food was good and you get a lot. The bus driver did an excellent job, especially up to Vesuvius.

The tour was good and the lunch was really tasty with lots of options and courses. Nancy was great, Maybe just a little longer to stop and look at things in pompeii. Also do know there aren't any toilets at vesuvius so make sure you go before you leave Pompeii! Great day though really enjoyed the tour.

Tour was fab! Our tour guide Mena was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend a tour guide in Pompei otherwise you wouldn’t know where to go - Pompei is huge! Would definitely recommend get your guide!

Good organization, correct price-quality ratio. Guide always helpful, clear!
