After lunch, sharpen the palette with some organic spirit tastings at Hunter Distillery before a decadent wine tasting paired with Adore chocolate at Glandore Estate. Relax with some free time at the day's end and walk to a cheese factory or taste 'glitter' vodka. Enjoy your free evenings are free or opt for the group dinner at the local Harrigans Hotel. Day 2 After breakfast (included), begin the drive from Pokolbin to Mudgee. Relax into the beautiful journey along quiet backcountry roads passing picturesque farms, traversing low mountain ranges, native forests, and national parks. Make a brief refreshment stop at a quiet village general store before arriving at your 4-star Mudgee accommodation at midday. Cars parked, it’s all aboard the lead vehicle for the afternoon. Savor a picnic lunch with fresh local produce. Take part in a wine tasting at Lowe Wine with beautiful views looking east across the valley. Then, go to Huntington Estate for a wine tasting of Mudgee's best red wines before ending the day at Robert Stein for award-winning white varietals including outstanding riesling. Spend your free evening as you like or choose to dine at the Ori Kitchen with the group. Day 3 Enjoy an included breakfast before heading north to Gulgong, a 19th-century gold rush town, now famous for its craftspeople and preserved heritage. Make a brief stop for coffee, then west through more open farming countryside to Wellington and onto Orange. Once again, park up your vehicles to board the lead vehicle for an exceptional afternoon of premium wine, food, and beer. Swinging Bridge is an exceptional experience with amazing food paired with cool climate wines. Follow this with a 'vine to wine' experience at Nashdale Lane, where you taste wine and food while walking through the vines. Finally, wrap up a wonderful country break by enjoying a craft beer and production tour at a farm craft brewery that grows its own malt and barley. Relax with free time in the evening. Choose to dine on the contemporary Korean cuisine at My Lims with the group. Day 4 Have a well-deserved sleep-in and breakfast at your own expense. After the end of the tour, choose to stay in Orange for the weekend. Alternatively, travel in the lead vehicle or follow in your own car eastwards to Bathurst for a slight change of tempo with a drive around the world-famous Mt Panorama Race Track. At the top, gaze out over exceptional views of the town and surrounding district. In Bathurst, have one last coffee before the lead vehicle returns to Sydney.
