Embark on your 3-hour cycling tour which encompasses convenient cycle paths, pedestrian zones, and parks so you won't have to navigate dangerous traffic. Begin the tour by heading to the literal center of Spain at the Puerta del Sol where you will see the 0km sign. Then, cross into the Malasaña neighborhood in the direction Plaza de España. Pass by the statues from the book Don Quixote written by Cervantes. There will be various stops to take photos and take a break to have a drink. The guide frequently stops at places of interest and will tell you stories or anecdotes behind what you see. The guide will also share his personal experiences of his time living in Madrid. Next, cycle into Parque del Oeste to see the Egypt Templo Debod. What a great tour! Super enthusiastic guide (Dutch). Seen all the highlights of Madrid in 3 hours. I'm not really a "cyclist" myself, but with these great light technical bikes it's a piece of cake!! Highly recommended!
