It was really great, except It wasn’t clear that we would have to go to the ticket booth to get our tickets, so we walked all the way in and then had to go back. And then we had to wait for around 10 to 15 minutes because they couldn’t find a reservation because we booked same day. Otherwise everything was great!

It would’ve been better if they let the guests not wear masks on the rides and activities. There were some activities that will get you wet and having masks isn’t the most fun. Also, if they require this, make sure that there’s replacement masks that they’ll give. The zip lines were fun and enjoyable. We were able to conquer our fears. River swim was a blast and the ATV ride was also something that I would recommend. The rafting is boring. That wasn’t the rafting we were expecting. I suggest that you place a notice for the guests to know when they’re nearing the camera. We were always caught off guard. Food was okay. I like the way that it’s served by the staffs. The wait staffs were all polite and kind. Wish there were more rides and activities. Overall, it’s a good experience.

Afterwards, amble along winding paths up to Mayan ruins, where you’ll be blessed by a shaman in a sacred ritual. Heading to the Cenote Ixchel, learn of the origins and vast spiritual importance of these water-filled limestone chasms. Then it’s time to fly ...

The whole experience was amazing. I was worried because of the miscommunication in the beginning but this excursion exceeded my expectations and we had an amazing time!! Love the ATV, Ziplone, cenote and food. Our guide Joshua was funny, knowledgeable, kept us safe and made sure we had fun. Will definitely come back and do it again.

  • Chichén Itzá: Hubiku Cenote & Valladolid Tour

    7. Chichén Itzá: Hubiku Cenote & Valladolid Tour

Head into the dense jungles of the Yucatán as you begin this 12-hour program. Stop at the Hubiku cenote, a cavernous freshwater pool in a light-filled limestone cave and enjoy a swim. Dry off over a buffet lunch of typical Mayan dishes and then hop back on the bus for the last leg of the drive to Chichén Itzá. This dense and sprawling archaeological site features excavated ruins and well-preserved temples. The final stop is the quiet colonial city of Valladolid, where the pastel walls of shops and restaurants provide a colorful backdrop for photos.

Fun tour. A bit long. And less stop on touristy trap place would make it better.

  • From Cancun and Riviera Maya: Tulum, Coba, and Cenote Tour

    8. From Cancun and Riviera Maya: Tulum, Coba, and Cenote Tour

Depart Cancun and travel in air-conditioned comfort to the ancient city of Tulum, famous for its breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Explore the remains of the Mayan settlement and take a walk down to the beach. Continue to the pre-Hispanic city of Coba to look at the majestic Nohoch-Mul Temple, one of the tallest structures on the Yucatan Peninsula. Climb to the top of the 138-foot structure to get panoramic views of the surroundings. Learn the amazing history of one of the largest cities built by the Maya civilization. Then, cool down in a sacred cenote before some free time to stroll along 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen on the way back to Cancun.

It was a really good value. There was so much packed into the day and it ended up being more like 14 hours instead of 11 hours from pick-up to drop-off. We enjoyed each place, but would've liked more time in Coba as it felt a little rushed and it was really nice to cool down a little in the jungle. The food was way better than I expected and it was a highlight for my 10 year old to see a Mayan village. Only improvement needed was the van. There were pieces falling apart inside and we couldnt even see our a window from the back where we were sitting. That said, I would definitely recommend.

Hola! We had a great trip to the Tulum ruins and Rio Secreto. Our guide, Gabriel, was great! He had to help two in our group often and he did it with kindness and patience. Our photographer, Daniel, in Rio Secreto was helpful and kind too! He offered his hand when needed and would let us pose silly and take extra photos. Our driver, Miguel, was quick and kind as well! It was also soooo nice to actually be in transportation with guests with next-door resorts/hotels, rather than having to venture all over Riviera/Playa del Carmen area. So they do their hotel transfer transportation well/organized too!

What people are saying about Playa del Carmen

Simon was a great guide, very passionate and entertaining. The tour contains a lot of destinations in one day, so you can see a lot of important cultural things. They really have a good time management, although the time in the cenota and in playa del carmen were too short. Maybe the visit of the maya villaga / shamane could be shortened.

We enjoyed the trip very much, everything was perfect. Diving with the turtles but also swimming in the cenote was a great experience. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

It was a mega tour! I can recommend it only. The only downside is that the pictures (all of the group cost $ 99) 1 picture costs $ 25.

The experience was awesome. The guides did an exceptional job. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BOOKING WITH THEM WHEN I RETURN

This tour was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable guides and we had a great time.
