Cancun or Riviera Maya: Isla Contoy & Isla Mujeres Day Trip
- Pickup available
- Duration: 9 hours
The tour begins with pickup from your hotel in the Cancun area, passing through Playa del Carmen, and arriving at the new private marina, located at the Punta Sam Ferry Terminal. Benefit from fast check-in and enjoy a continental breakfast that includes sweet bread, fruit, cereal, coffee, and juice. At 09:45 AM after breakfast and check-in, you will board the boat and head toward the Ixlache Reef. The reef is located off the coast of Contoy and right at the beginning of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, the second-largest reef system in the world. Snorkeling gear is included and you will be accompanied by a bilingual guide (one for every 10 people). This activity will last around 45 minutes. Once the snorkeling is over, board the ship and head to Contoy Island. In the event of bad weather, you will do the snorkeling activity at the island in the safety of its shallow waters. Conto...
Fantastic. Need more times in Isla Mujeres instead of In Isla Contoy. Hope this will changed for future travelers.
Wander the picturesque streets, take a swim in the clear water, and visit the Yalahau Cenote (lagoon) in this full-day excursion to the Island of Holbox. The day begins with pick up from select hotels in the Riviera Maya, Tulum, and Playa del Carmen, where guests will travel in an air-conditioned van to this secluded island on the north coast. Board a small boat that will take you to the island and spend the day exploring the small streets and pristine beaches.
Begin your tour with pickup in Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, or Tulum. Hop in the shuttle bus and head to the Selvatica jungle zip line park. Alternatively, choose an option without pickup and make your own way to the park. Once there, take an adrenaline-pumping ride on 10 world-class zip lines. Unleash your primal Tarzan yell on the zip line coaster, Tarzania, the ultimate jungle ride. At the end of the circuit, you'll find the Aqua-zip. This zip line is optional, so you decide if you want to finish dry or get soaked. After your zip line experience, jump in a special safari truck and be transported to a private for cenote for a swim. A cenote is a naturally formed water hole and is the perfect way to freshen up and relax. The tour lasts for approximately 3.5 hours and concludes with drop-off at your starting location.
The local staff were friendly and accommodating - but you feel a bit rushed during the registration process, if you are running late, probably because they want to cram in as many into a single group! The facilities overall are well maintained and the safety features for the Zipline etc. are top notch ! We would not recommend eating there, you are better off taking a packed lunch.
After pickup from Cancun and Riviera Maya, head off on a 7-hour adventure to one of Cancun’s most thrilling areas, the Selvatica Adventure Park. Once you arrive, you’ll have the opportunity to navigate an adrenaline-charged course of activities that range from zip lines, bungee swings, and much more. Fly over the Yucatan tree tops as you zoom through a circuit of 10 zip-lines. Cool off on the AquaZip, hop into a natural spring, and soar above the jungle on your stomach on the Superman zip-line. For the ultimate thrill, hop aboard the Tarzania Zip-Line Rollercoaster, before taking in the awe-inspiring views on the Skywalk rope course. Enjoy a jaw-dropping bungee swing, before capping things off with some off-roading on a Polaris RZR buggy, or speedy ATV. After you’ve had your fill of thrills, you’ll sit down for a light lunch, as well as a dip in a hidden, private cenote. Afterwards, yo...
