It was really great, except It wasn’t clear that we would have to go to the ticket booth to get our tickets, so we walked all the way in and then had to go back. And then we had to wait for around 10 to 15 minutes because they couldn’t find a reservation because we booked same day. Otherwise everything was great!

It would’ve been better if they let the guests not wear masks on the rides and activities. There were some activities that will get you wet and having masks isn’t the most fun. Also, if they require this, make sure that there’s replacement masks that they’ll give. The zip lines were fun and enjoyable. We were able to conquer our fears. River swim was a blast and the ATV ride was also something that I would recommend. The rafting is boring. That wasn’t the rafting we were expecting. I suggest that you place a notice for the guests to know when they’re nearing the camera. We were always caught off guard. Food was okay. I like the way that it’s served by the staffs. The wait staffs were all polite and kind. Wish there were more rides and activities. Overall, it’s a good experience.

We had a wonderful time! Our guide was knowledgeable, kind, and fun. The cenotes were very cool but turtle swim was amazing. Would definitely recommend!
Head into the dense jungles of the Yucatán as you begin this 12-hour program. Stop at the Hubiku cenote, a cavernous freshwater pool in a light-filled limestone cave and enjoy a swim. Dry off over a buffet lunch of typical Mayan dishes and then hop back on the bus for the last leg of the drive to Chichén Itzá. This dense and sprawling archaeological site features excavated ruins and well-preserved temples. The final stop is the quiet colonial city of Valladolid, where the pastel walls of shops and restaurants provide a colorful backdrop for photos.
Fun tour. A bit long. And less stop on touristy trap place would make it better.
Depart Cancun and travel in air-conditioned comfort to the ancient city of Tulum, famous for its breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Explore the remains of the Mayan settlement and take a walk down to the beach. Continue to the pre-Hispanic city of Coba to look at the majestic Nohoch-Mul Temple, one of the tallest structures on the Yucatan Peninsula. Climb to the top of the 138-foot structure to get panoramic views of the surroundings. Learn the amazing history of one of the largest cities built by the Maya civilization. Then, cool down in a sacred cenote before some free time to stroll along 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen on the way back to Cancun.
It was a really good value. There was so much packed into the day and it ended up being more like 14 hours instead of 11 hours from pick-up to drop-off. We enjoyed each place, but would've liked more time in Coba as it felt a little rushed and it was really nice to cool down a little in the jungle. The food was way better than I expected and it was a highlight for my 10 year old to see a Mayan village. Only improvement needed was the van. There were pieces falling apart inside and we couldnt even see our a window from the back where we were sitting. That said, I would definitely recommend.
Discover 2 adventure parks in one day: Emotions Native Park and Jungle Maya Native Park. Feel the thrill as you experience the different activities available. At Emotions Native Park, drive all-terrain vehicles through winding jungle paths. Activities available to you at Emotions Native Park include an ATV Tour, a visit to the Mayan Ruins, or participate in a Mayan blessing ceremony performed by a Mayan shaman. You can also visit the Ixchel Cenote and see the small Mayan altar, zip line over the jungle, or refresh yourself in the crystal clear waters of the Half Moon Cenote. At Jungle Maya Native Park, experience the Sac-Actun system, the longest underground river in the world. Snorkel and be surrounded by ancient rock formations...
This tour was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable guides and we had a great time.
Your tour will begin as you arrive to the Tulum Ruins, where your guide will provide you with approximately 40 minutes of information about the area, as well as some instructions about the tour. You will then be able to enjoy almost 1 hour of free time, before advancing to Río Secreto. You will then arrive to Río Secreto’s reception and service areas where you will watch a welcome video, before being transported to the reserve. When arriving to the reserve, a guide will provide you with safety measures, as well as all of the necessary equipment. Before entering the Mayan underworld, you will tour around the paths of the nature reserve, where you will receive a Mayan welcome. You will then walk and swim through beautiful natural crystal galleries, throughout a 1-kilometer tour which will take approximately 1.5 hours. Following your subterranean experience, you will return your equipment...
Hola! We had a great trip to the Tulum ruins and Rio Secreto. Our guide, Gabriel, was great! He had to help two in our group often and he did it with kindness and patience. Our photographer, Daniel, in Rio Secreto was helpful and kind too! He offered his hand when needed and would let us pose silly and take extra photos. Our driver, Miguel, was quick and kind as well! It was also soooo nice to actually be in transportation with guests with next-door resorts/hotels, rather than having to venture all over Riviera/Playa del Carmen area. So they do their hotel transfer transportation well/organized too!
Head to an underground world with unique dimensions that has been in silence for years. Arrive at the ticket booth at 8:00 AM to meet your guide and receive instructions for the tour. Sit down for a continental breakfast and pick up the necessary equipment for the expedition, including a helmet with lamp, wetsuit, water shoes, life jacket, snorkel equipment and a lunch bag. Next, bike 1.5 kilometers through a path in the jungle, full of vegetation, and have the possibility of seeing local wildlife on the way to the Mayan underworld. Explore 1.5 kilometers in a dry cave for about 1.5 to 2 hours. Observe incredible formations and roof collapses, walk between light and darkness, until you arrive at the Jungle Camp. After a 2-hour swim in a semi-flooded cave, come back to Jungle Camp in order to change and prepare to go back to Base Camp, where you can relax and enjoy a regional buffet. Fi...
The other travelers were awesome and fun to have been with. Our guide Miguel was the very best and very knowledgeable...... I did however have an issue with the breakfast as there was NO continental breakfast. For how EXTREME the activities were a better breakfast should have been provided!! Also what to wear needs to be way more detailed online than the minimal information provided!!
Be immersed in an ancient world of stalactites and stalagmites. Roam the labyrinths of dramatic rock formations and tranquil waters. The Rio Secreto (Secret River) is a hidden underground network of rivers and caves. An air-conditioned mini-van collects you from your hotel from 7:20 and takes you to Rio Secreto. Here you will meet your expertly trained guide and receive a wetsuit, wet shoes, a lamp and a helmet to get you ready for your adventure. From here, enter the caves, where for 600 meters you will be free to walk, swim and enjoy the enchanting beauty of your surroundings with the supervision of your guide. Furthermore, with a maximum of 10 people per tour, you can be ensured a quiet tour experience free from outside distractions. The tours in Rio Secreto are organized so that no two tours happening at the same time will meet underground. After approximately 1.5 hours you will b...
The tour itself is very interesting, the guides are very knowledgeable and give you a detailed explanation on the caverns and their formations. The only catch is that the tour that I booked included transportation from and to my hotel, which was within the Riviera Maya, but that didn't happen; we had to walk to the highway a few blocks away at 7am to the pick-up location chosen by RioSecreto.
At the Rio Secreto Nature Reserve, experience a journey into the bowels of the Earth to find impressive geological formations that tell the history of the planet. Enjoy trails that transport you to Xibalbá (the Mayan underworld). Arrive at the reception and service area in Cancún and sit down for a welcome video to introduce you to the reserve. Head to the nature reserve and get set up with the security measures and equipment you will need. Rappel, cycle and try the dry route. Upon reaching the Salón de la Paz (Room of Peace), admire a light and sound show in a totally natural setting that will take you back in time to the creation of the universe. Enjoy a regional buffet and choice of drinks to finish off your spectacular tour before you head back.
Something different but totally awesome activity to do in Mexico. Definitely worth the visit. Guide (Felipe Salazar) was knowledgeable about the history of Mayans. He has good sense of humor but still maintains professionalism. He was helpful and always checking safety of each participants.

Simon was a great guide, very passionate and entertaining. The tour contains a lot of destinations in one day, so you can see a lot of important cultural things. They really have a good time management, although the time in the cenota and in playa del carmen were too short. Maybe the visit of the maya villaga / shamane could be shortened.
We enjoyed the trip very much, everything was perfect. Diving with the turtles but also swimming in the cenote was a great experience. Would recommend this tour to anyone.
It was a mega tour! I can recommend it only. The only downside is that the pictures (all of the group cost $ 99) 1 picture costs $ 25.
This tour was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable guides and we had a great time.
Much better than expected. Fun and safe, the awesome cave.
