Unbelievably beautiful!

This trip was amazing. We stopped in Lucerne, a gorgeous city that deserves a visit all on its own. From there the bus and tour guide dropped us at the bottom of Pilatus (The guide and other bus passengers were continuing onto another excursion further away and would be picking us up on the way back.) We were given cable car tickets, a meal voucher, and a bus ticket to get back to lucerne to meet the bus and head back to Zurich. The mountain was beautiful, there was food at the top if you were hungry, and once we saw it all we headed back down the mountain to grab the bus back to Lucerne. Top tip: if you want to have your same seats on the bus as you had coming to the excursion, leave some non-essential personal items to save your place. The guide repeated many times it was safe to leave items on the bus.

Wonderful!

The best part of our European trip. Breathtaking trip to the top...great lunch at the hotel on top of the mountain. What marvelous fresh air! Loved our trip to beautiful Lucerne and the scenic route to get there. Our sincere thanks to our knowledgeable and so very pleasant guide. I think his first name was Tomas. My husband had his full name but lost it so I hope I got the first name right. I do so much want him to know how much we appreciate him. Please pass this on to him. Thanks so much.

Very good experience and an excellent tour. We only had to walk from Mount Pilatus station to a public transport station to the center of Lucerne to be taken back to Zurich. However, it has been a very good tour.

The check in process was quite confusing and chaotic, but once we were checked in everything was wonderful! The tour guides were friendly, informative and kept the group on point !

Wonderful! Well paced, organized and informative. Peter was easy to follow, thoughtful and funny. Even better than I expected. And of course the mountain was AMAZING!!!
