We had a really amazing experience on this trip. One part of the tour was cancelled as it was closed due to maintenance, but they let us know in advance and we chose to reschedule but they also offered a partial refund. Our driver Maciej was great, on time, and had a good sense of humour. He really gave us the time to explore everything, we never felt rushed, and he even allowed us some extra time to see the centre of Zakopane when we got stuck in a long queue to return down the mountain as it was Independence Day and very busy! He also pointed out a couple interesting things on the journey that you might have missed otherwise, and kept us informed of our timings. He drove well too and I felt safe the whole way. It was quite a busy day but each destination was totally worth it and it was all beautiful - the walk in Slovakia is stunning and the thermal baths were much more entertaining than I had thought. I would definitely recommend to anyone, and was a highlight or our trip :)

We had Maciej as our driver. He was excellent and could not have been better. He kept us informed about where we were and what we were passing, and ensured we had enough time to explore and see the locations on the trip. He was also at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time. We were never rushed and felt the experience was extremely good. I would 100% recommend this tour. The locations were beautiful and each of them had their own unique areas to explore. The recommend restaurant was great. Remember to bring Euros and Zloty.

One part of our tour was cancelled however that did not change how amazing the experience was. Our tour guide Gregory was extremely friendly, helpful and knew all that there’s needs to be known about Krakow/Zakopane. Would definitely recommend this tour great value for money and an overall awesome experience.

Driver was very sweet and enthusiastic throughout the journey. Trip was relaxing and the view was breathtaking. Was worth the money in my opinion:)
