What people are saying about Pichincha

Mindo is definitely worth a visit and Diego was a very good guide who was able to tell a lot about everything we encountered in good English. The visit to the hummingbird sanctuary and the birdwatching tour was top notch. Nice experience to see all the colorful birds. The only downside was that when we booked we were assured that we would sleep in the beautiful Terra Bambu Lodge. The day itself we heard that a reservation had been made in another place. It was certainly not bad there, but a real downgrade compared to Terra Bambu Lodge (no big room, no view, ...).
