The guide spoke 5 languages. That in itself was impressive! Spanish, English, Italian, French, and German throughout the tour. The boat went around the lagoons and the islands that make up Venice. The sky was clear and beautiful. We were able to get great pictures. Although we didn’t actually get to see a sunset, we were able to see the colors of the sky and full moon. Venice is a special place and if you have the chance to experience it from the water looking on to land in the evening, it is truly enchanting.

Gorgeous evening. The tour from the boat is just long enough to see the sights and enjoy the ride during the sunset. The ‘Spritz’ drink was pretty bad though. If you want more than the one complimentary drink (you probably won’t) additional beverages are available for 5 Euro/each per the event description.

Although the meet up was a little disorganised (we arrived there on time, the organisers didn't!), once we were on the boat we had a great time. The guide explained everything very well as we cruised around and the Spritz and nibbles went down very easily! Unfortunately when we sailed there was a lot of cloud, so we didn't get to see the spectacular sunset, but we still got some great photos. Good value for money.
