I had a very nice reception from the staff and a very smooth trip. I liked the fact that I had the possibility to enjoy the place without having to rush because I was able to catch the train back by the end of the afternoon.

Francesca was amazing, she was exactly where she said she would be and made sure I had ample information about the day ahead as well I speak no Italian she got me checked in.

Bologna is very beautiful and should be seen with someone who will give you at least a first rough idea. I point out the really prepared, kind and helpful guide
