Discover the secrets of the Eternal City and learn of its rich history throughout the centuries, stopping at the most breathtaking sites, monuments and squares along the way. Arrive at the office and meet your expert guide to begin with an introduction and stroll along the famous Imperial Forum road and admire the ruins of the Roman Forum on either side before arriving at Piazza Venezia and Trajan’s Column. From here the next stop is the Trevi Fountain, the most famous fountain in Rome. Hear the connection between water and the city as the guide points out interesting details in its beautiful facade. From the Trevi, pass through the busy shopping street of Via del Corso and into Piazza di Pietra, a little-known square that is home to the Temple of Hadrian. Just near the Pantheon there is the small church of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva and Bernini’s beloved Elephant statue standing just outside. Continue from here to Largo di Torre Argentina, which is believed to be the site of Julius Caesar's assassination. The final stop will be Piazza Navona, the largest and most elegant square in Rome and also the site of Bernini’s Fountain of Four Rivers.
