Our cruise changed the port of call to another port due to bad weather. GetYourGuide representative contacted me via WhatsApp on the change and the extra fee I had to pay coz the distance was longer. I was ok with that. Gave instructions on where to meet them. Guide was Alexander. He was excellent and very knowledgeable. However, I felt that he could have arranged to meet us at the entrance to Miracle Sq, Pisa, instead of arranging for us to walk back to the bus in the parking lot on our own. I wasn’t sure of the way and had to asked for directions along the way. A few others were also lost. Other than this all was good. We enjoyed ourselves.

What an amazing guide Mattia was he went above and beyond to make our day so memorable. He walked us to the destination and informed us in great detail before leaving the bus about everything we needed to know and gave us so many hints and tips. We were very lucky to have someone like him to guide us on our trip.

It was a really lovely day. lucca is so pretty and we enjoyed a lovely lunch with pasta. Then back on the coach to Pisa to see the tower. This trip was great value as it cost 3 times more when booked on the cruise ship.

If you are on a cruise, the company is in communication, therefore they know about delays and everything is very well coordinated. They also left us on the same ship at the end !! Very good service

Just the right excursion for the limited time. Lucas was an amazing town and the Tower speaks for itself.
