- This service is not available for visitors that have overstayed their visa (exemption) in the past
- This service is not available to passport holders of the following countries: Bangladesh, Cameroon, India, Islamic Republic of Iran, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Syrian Arab Republic and Venezuela
- Attempts to conceal one’s nationality on arrival at the airport will result in a thorough investigation by immigration officers, often leading to refusal of entry
- Please note, this service is not available for passengers who must report to health control with a Yellow Fever case, even if you already have a Yellow Fever book
