The whole experience from the hotel pick up to the excellent ac compartment ride, to the in boat entertainment and refreshments, to the beautiful sea trail, the snorkeling experience, lunch and drop back to hotel was all exquisitely done. Loads of fun for me and family. What we felt pissed off about was the lack of coordination and assistance during the snorkeling. It was agreed with the operator that me and wife would do 30mins each in the total 1 hour and we will each pay 400 baht. But there was zero coordination and I was picked up after 40 minutes after i started signaling and waving hands. My wife finally had only 10 mins left and we decided not to do since it was not worth it. The messy snorkeling guide colluded with the operator and insisted we pay the extra 400 baht though only 1 person snorkeled. That was a bitter experience. There is no snorkeling guidance you can expect as well. The fat guide just sat and didn't even care to explain anything to a non-swimmer like me.

Tour was good and well organised. Getting the VIP option did help as it was a really hot day and that area was air conditioned. However the air conditioning was on full blast and it was quite cold. We picked this tour because i initially thought we would stop ON the beach on phi phi Island (where the movie was filmed) however we just cruised by it and headed to the main island which is beautiful. We did do the snorkelling option although i wish we hadn't as we only had about 30 mins to explore on the main island and there was poor visibility where we snorkelled. We also felt like we were getting bitten (possibly by sea lice). Food and staff were great. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Overall it was a good trip.

After looking at so many different options we decided to go for this one as it was on a big boat and had the VIP service included in the price. It is definitely worth it. The sights as expected were amazing. You get(reserved for the tour group only) nice recliner seats in the indoor area of the boat, obviously the option to go in and out for pictures etc. There is also a tv showing decent new movies as the trip is about 2 hours each way so there’s only so many pictures you can take. The staff are very friendly, we had JoJo who seems to take this one often based on reviews. His knowledge is great and a few nice touches, I.e coffee, fizzy etc is available for free. Upon reboarding we were also given the coconut milk drinks. The meal you get is at a decent hotel and you have a meal on a lazy Suzy type table so spin the food round and take what you want. We only had 9 in our group and had 100 reserved seats to ourselves! The rest were just outside seats for the cheap ferry tickets! Amazing
