Discover the mysteries of Angkor on this full-day tour from Siem Reap. The 60-square-mile site of Angkor is what remains of an ancient royal Khmer city deep in the jungle of Cambodia. It includes exquisitely detailed temples that were built under the direction of Angkor’s kings from the 9th to the 15th centuries, before being mysteriously abandoned around 1430. Begin with a visit to the ancient capital of Angkor Thom. Enter through the South Gate and explore Bayon Temple before continuing to Baphuon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Terrace of the Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King, and Ta Prohm ̶ a beautiful jungle temple that has been relatively untouched since it was discovered. In the afternoon after lunch time, visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor, Angkor Wat. Few places anywhere on Earth match the splendor of Angkor Wat, a veritable lost city in the midst of the Cambodian jungle. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its perfection in composition, balance, proportions, and sculptural detail make it one of the finest monuments ever constructed.

This trip was a great way to pack a lot of sightseeing into a day, along with gaining fascinating knowledge of Cambodia's history and culture. Our guide Makara and driver October kept things moving on schedule but it never seemed rushed. This was a great way to see all the major sights in Angkor Wat in a limited time and learn a lot about them. Makara helped put it all into perspective with his amazing knowledge of the history and culture.

Amazing tour of Angkor Wat! if you are lucky enough to get Sean you're in for a treat! he's knowledgeable and funny as well as an excellent photographer. Seeing these temples was a dream come true, and it was wonderful to have a guide explaining every single detail. It was great for a history nerd like me. I highly recommend this tour & Sean. He went out of his way to ensure I was having a great experience.

We had a great and day at the Angkor temples with out tour guide Sareik. He told us a lot about the history and meaning of the Temples. We went with a airco cooled van, got cooled water and lemongrass towels on board and we had a surprise at the end of the tour. Strongly recommended when you want to have a great and nice day at the Angkor temples
