Combine an admission ticket to current exhibits spanning 25 galleries with a guided tour of the famous "Vault", which features over 250 vehicles from the late 1800s to the present day. Exhibits include historic and classic cars, including a 1910 Ford Model T Roadster and the 1981 Delorean "Time Machine" from the iconic film "Back to the Future". With this ticket, you will have access to the main exhibits featuring 25 rooms over 3 floors of automotive history. The various exhibits feature classic and vintage cars spanning 120 years. Enjoy interactive teaching exhibits, providing fun for the whole family. The museum’s central focus is on the history of automobiles and on the Los Angeles car culture as it has evolved over time. The 90-minute "Vault" tour guides you through a special exhibit in the basement of the museum. This exclusive exhibit is where the most iconic and rare cars, motorcycles, and trucks are kept, which you won’t see anywhere else.  The Vault features over 250 classic automobiles, such as turn-of-the-twentieth-century cars, head-of-state cars, supercars, award-winning hot rods, cars that pushed the boundaries of innovation, and many other surprises.

First, see The Hollywood Walk of Fame, embedded with more than 2,500 terrazzo and brass stars bearing the names of celebrities honored for their contributions to the entertainment industry. One of the most famous streets in all of Los Angeles. See where many film locations for movies and TV shows take place. Then, head to The Sunset Strip. You'll see Beverly Hills next, located on the west side of Los Angeles. It is home to some of the most expensive real estate in the world. Next is Rodeo Drive, a famous shopping district located in Beverly Hills. Keep your eyes open for celebrities and paparazzi. Continue to see views of Bel Air, and The Getty Center. Then, stop at Santa Monica Pier for an hour. Go for a stroll on the pier, get some food and drinks, or play carnival games. Had a lovely day, even though I missed the tour twice first I was late second time couldn't find the place but they still mange to get me on the tour.

What an amazing adventure through time. Vintage, classic and new were all in pristine condition. I’d recommend the Peterson museum to anyone.

We had a beautiful sunny day, it was very windy. Provide clothing for this temperature (8 degrees F).

Had a lot of fun. Stops arer well picked. Schedule could have a bit higher frequency.

Excellent place very clean and all staff were very friendly and helpful.
