They time allotted said 5 hours. 3 hours for whale watching and 2 at aquarium. By the time we got to the aquarium it was shut. A fantastic waste of money. The actual whale watching was good, if you can handle crowds. Due to having a chronic illness, I went to the back of the boat. If we spotted a whale, the smaller crowd would huddle over us until the boat turned around out of our view. There was a family who then deemed it acceptable to turn around in their seats and stare right at us about 50cms from my face for the full 3 hours. Great during a pandemic but whatever. We had a major struggle finding the building to check in. It claims shop 53 or something and you’re walking around the shopping centre for ages when it’s actually outside and tucked in an alleyway. Information needs to be clearer in all aspects
