Thank you to the Tom Cruise of Kathmandu...Mr Kumar and his sidekick Punda. You are too incredible for words to ever explain. Your tour took us to the most fantastic ancient places, places beyond our wildest dreams. Your insight, wisdom and understanding will forever be with us and we truly treasure our experience with you.We would recommend you a thousand times over...eternally grateful. With love Juliano and Natasha from S.A!
Paris was an exceptional guide. He was personable and had a comprehensive knowledge of the four sights we visited. This was a private tour so he was able to answer any questions I had. Halfway through the tour Paris directed me to a roof top restaurant overlooking the stupa to relax, get a light snack and use the facilities. Considering the tour was 6 hours in length, the rest stop was much appreciated.
A quick but insightful tour around main Unesco monuments around Kathmandu. The guide was very polite and shared many details, initiating into budhist and hindu religions and nepali history. Driver was punctual and drove safely around the city's narrow streets and traffic. Many surprises along the tour (cremation, shiva followers' group chanting etc)
Nice tour so in one day you see all the important sights out of Kathmandu. The only downside is that tour itself is expensive since it doesn’t include all entrance fees and you pay per person additional 25-30 eur. The guide Kapil was on time picking us in the hotel, enough time to see everything, walk around and enjoy. Kapil nice work!
Right from the start he was on time. Car was lovely with cold a/c. At each stop he thoroughly explained the historical and religious significance of the site. He never rushed us. He never pushed us to buy anything. My husband and I learned a lot and felt like we made a friend along the way. Well worth the time and money.
