The experience begins with pickup from your hotel and heads to the trek’s starting point in Nayapul. Get kitted out with all the necessary equipment while your permits are checked then set out along the Modi Khola River, passing through several small villages on the way. Cross over the river to reach the village of Jhinu Danda, before arriving at your accommodation for the night, a quaint tea lodge. Day two starts with an uphill trek to Chhomrong, one of the largest villages along the route. Continue the walk through a dense forest landscape to reach your accommodation for the second night. Enjoy a leisurely trek to Deurali on day three, stopping for lunch against the backdrop of the stunning Himalayas. On day four, follow the trail across several streams towards the Machhapuchhare Base Camp, then hike to Ablation Valley. Follow your guide through the valley, which is a hollow corridor between the glacier and the mountain, then cross over the hills to reach Annapurna Base Camp where you’ll spend the night. On day five, hike through the only way out of Annapurna Sanctuary towards Bamboo. Bamboo is 1,600 m lower than Annapurna Base Camp, so you should expect a hard day on your knees. After a restful night’s sleep, continue your hike down the valley on day six, soaking up panoramic views as you descend to Chomrong and then Jhinu. Arrive at Jhinu and enjoy a well-deserved rest in one of the hot spring baths. Wake up on the final day to a short morning trek, passing by the quaint farmland that surrounds the river. At the end of an unforgettable seven-day trek, arrive back in Nayapul for your drop-off to Pakhora.

Pokhara is situated at an elevation of 915m above sea level and 200m west of Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Pokhara is a valley rich in pure natural beauty, it is indeed one of the main attractions for visitors from all over the world. Three out of the ten highest mountains in the world. — Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I and Manaslu — are within 30 miles (linear distance) of the city, so that the northern skyline of the city offers a very close view of the Himalayas. Due to its proximity to the Annapurna mountain range, the city is also a base for trekkers undertaking the Annapurna Circuit through the ACAP region of the Annapurna ranges in the Himalayas. This one-day tour will give a taste of Pokhara, beginning with sunrise at Sarangkot. In the morning, drive to Sarangkot for sunrise and view of the Himalayas. In the afternoon, visit Mahendra cave, a Tibetan camp and the international Mountain Museum, as well as visiting the Shang Gadhen Choekorling Monastery to see Tibetan refugees camp and experience praying with them as well.

Day 1: Arrival to Kathmandu Following your arrival to Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel to check in. Following that, begin some city sightseeing which includes the Pashupatinath Temple - the most sacred of the Hindu temples in Nepal. Moving on, discover the Boudha Nath Temple, which is the world’s largest stupa. Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Your morning city sightseeing tour visits highlights of the city, including Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residential quarter, Mahadev, and the Parvati Temple. Later, explore the Swayambhunath Stupa, before moving on to Patan City and Bhaktapur City. Day 3: Kathmandu to Pokhara Following breakfast, check out from your hotel before driving to Pokhara. Enjoy the beautiful 5 to 6-hour drive to Pokhara, where once having arrived you check in to your hotel. Following check-in, enjoy a boating tour of Phewa Lake - the second-largest lake in Nepal. Day 5: return to Kathmandu Following breakfast, begin your 5-hour trip to travel back to Kathmandu or opt instead to take a morning flight. Day 1: On your first day you will arrive to Kathmandu, after which you will check-in to your hotel. You will then be free to explore the town at your own leisure, before spending the night in a 3-star hotel. Day 2: Your second day will consist of sightseeing in Kathmandu. You will explore Patan Durbar Square, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and the Swayambhunath monkey temple. The square, situated in the heart of the city, consists of an enchanting assortment of palace buildings, artistic courtyards, and graceful pagoda temples. The former royal palace complex is the center of Patan's religious and social life, and houses a museum containing an array of bronze statues and religious objects. There are three main courtyards or chowks, named central Mul Chowk, Sundari Chowk, and Keshav Narayan Chowk in the square. You will later spend the night in your 3-star hotel, with leisure time in the evening. Day 3: Following breakfast on the third day you will drive/fly to Lumbini. After arriving, you will check-in to the Hotel Peace Palace or similar. Day 4: Your fourth day will consist of Lumbini sightseeing, where you will discover an area that is a Buddhist pilgrimage site in the Rupendahi district of Nepal. It is sometimes claimed to be the place where Queen Mayadevi gave birth to Siddhartha Gautama, who as the Buddha Gautama founded the Buddhist tradition. Lumbini is one of 4 magnets for pilgrimage that sprang up in places pivotal to the life of the Buddha, the others being in Kushinagar, Bodh Gaya, and Sarnath. Lumbini has a number of temples, including the Mayadevi Temple and others under construction. You will later spend the night once more at the Hotel Peace Palace or similar. Day 5: On your fifth day you will drive/fly back to Kathmandu, where you will overnight in a 3-star hotel. Day 6: Following breakfast at your hotel, you will have free time until your departure, at which point you will be transported in private for your departure at the airport.

5. Kathmandu: 9-Day Ghorepani Poon Hill Yoga Trek

Day 1: Following your arrival to Kathmandu, you will be picked up from airport after which you will check-in to your hotel. You will then be free to explore Kathmandu, before going to sleep after an hour of meditation. Day 2:  Take part in an hour of yoga before breakfast, before driving from Kathmandu to Pokhara. You can view green hills, beautiful valleys, and mountains, as you descend from 1,320 to 914 meters. Before going to sleep that evening, you will take part in another 1-hour meditation. Day 3: Enjoy an hour of yoga before breakfast, following which you will travel from Pokhara to Tikhedhunga. This will see travel through Nayapul and Birethanti, throughout a journey which takes roughly 4.5 hours. Before going to sleep that evening you will meditate for an hour. Day 4: Begin with yoga and breakfast before trekking from Tirkhedhunga to Ghorepani. That evening you will meditate for an hour before spending the night at the Ghorepani tea house lodge. Day 5: Following yoga and breakfast, you will trek from Ghorepani to Poon Hill and then onward to Tadapani. That evening you will meditate for an hour before spending the night at the Tadapani Tea House Lodge. Day 6: Following yoga and breakfast you will trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk. Comparatively today is the easiest trek, and sees you traveling through the forests of rhododendron and oak. You can hear the soothing sounds of birds chirping along the way, and that evening you will overnight at Ghandruk. In the evening, a typical Gurung Cultural program will be organized on demand. Before sleeping, you will meditate for one hour. Day 7: Following yoga and breakfast you will trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul. From there the rest of the trail descends gently down to Dhampus, passing through Pothana Village. Following that you will drive back to Pokhara, where that evening you will meditate once more before resting for the day. Day 8: Following yoga and breakfast you will travel from Pokhara to Kathmandu on a tourist bus. Following your 7-hour drive, you will check-in to your accommodation before taking part in your hour of meditation before resting. Day 9: After yoga and breakfast on the final day, you can do some last-minute shopping before your guide drops you off at the airport in a private vehicle.

This shorter 16 day option enables those who don’t have time to complete the full Annapurna Circuit to trek with the group up the Marshyangdi Valley to Manang, across the Thorung La pass to Muktinath and down into Jomsom in the Kali Gandaki Valley. The 'Circuit' Trek After Manang, the terrain turns to high altitude ice desert over Thorung La Pass at 5416m, down to Muktinath, Jomsom reaching the forested areas below Tukuche. Highlights of the Annapurna Circuit trek include the Kali Gandaki River on the other side of the Thorung La Pass which is considered the deepest ravine in the world, five times deeper than the Grand Canyon. The Kali Gandaki River cuts deeply between Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m) to the west and Mt Annapurna (8091m) to the east. Continue down the Kali Gandaki gorge amidst some stunning views of mountains and diverse flora and fauna in the lower forests, passing through Ghorepani with a magnificent sunrise view from nearby Poon Hill.
