Opened in 2012, this trek offers beautiful views with rough and rugged trails and fewer crowds. Start your adventure with pickup from Kathmandu and head to Pokhara and onward to Phedi. Hit the trails in Phedi and take the scenic trail via the villages of Dhampus and Deurali, along with other small villages. Traverse lush forests, rural villages, terraced farmland, and roaring rivers. Experience the Gurung and Magar traditions and cultures in the villages. Trek through rhododendron forests with views of the Hiuchuli, Macchapuchre, and Dhaulagiri Peaks. Reach the high camp of Mardi Himal at 2 miles (3540 meters) above sea level. Day 1: On your first day you will arrive to Kathmandu, after which you will check-in to your hotel. You will then be free to explore the town at your own leisure, before spending the night in a 3-star hotel. Day 2: Your second day will consist of sightseeing in Kathmandu. You will explore Patan Durbar Square, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and the Swayambhunath monkey temple. The square, situated in the heart of the city, consists of an enchanting assortment of palace buildings, artistic courtyards, and graceful pagoda temples. Day 1: Following your arrival to Kathmandu, you will be picked up from airport after which you will check-in to your hotel. You will then be free to explore Kathmandu, before going to sleep after an hour of meditation. Day 2:  Take part in an hour of yoga before breakfast, before driving from Kathmandu to Pokhara. You can view green hills, beautiful valleys, and mountains, as you descend from 1,320 to 914 meters. Before going to sleep that evening, you will take part in another 1-hour meditation. Day 3: Enjoy an hour of yoga before breakfast, following which you will travel from Pokhara to Tikhedhunga. This will see travel through Nayapul and Birethanti, throughout a journey which takes roughly 4.5 hours. Before going to sleep that evening you will meditate for an hour. Day 4: Begin with yoga and breakfast before trekking from Tirkhedhunga to Ghorepani. That evening you will meditate for an hour before spending the night at the Ghorepani tea house lodge. That evening you will meditate for an hour before spending the night at the Tadapani Tea House Lodge. Day 6: Following yoga and breakfast you will trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk. Comparatively today is the easiest trek, and sees you traveling through the forests of rhododendron and oak. You can hear the soothing sounds of birds chirping along the way, and that evening you will overnight at Ghandruk. In the evening, a typical Gurung Cultural program will be organized on demand. Before sleeping, you will meditate for one hour. Day 7: Following yoga and breakfast you will trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul. From there the rest of the trail descends gently down to Dhampus, passing through Pothana Village. Following that you will drive back to Pokhara, where that evening you will meditate once more before resting for the day. Day 8: Following yoga and breakfast you will travel from Pokhara to Kathmandu on a tourist bus. Following your 7-hour drive, you will check-in to your accommodation before taking part in your hour of meditation before resting. Day 9: After yoga and breakfast on the final day, you can do some last-minute shopping before your guide drops you off at the airport in a private vehicle.

Overnight in a mountain lodge. Day 4: Trek from Chomrong to Landruk (5,412 feet / 1,650 meters). The trail first descends to Jhinu Danda, where you have the chance to experience the natural hot springs. After lunch, continue to the Gurung village of Landruk, rewarding you with vast vistas of the Annapurna Mountains. Overnight in a mountain lodge.
