Outside exit 1 (sortie 1) of the Javel-André Citroen metro station, on line 10. Once you exit the station you will see public restrooms to your right, a newspaper stand behind you and Café Régalia across the street. A representative will be waiting there holding a sign that reads "The Paris Guy".

Know before you go
- Large bags, backpacks, luggage, umbrellas, tripods, strollers and metal baby carriers cannot be brought into the Palace of Versailles. Any items exceeding 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are not permitted
- Please leave large items of luggage at your accommodation
- There is a coat check at the palace entrance but the tour ends in a different area. If you choose to leave anything at the palace coat check, you will be responsible for retrieving it after the tour
- Photography without the use of flash is allowed in the permanent collection exhibition rooms, under certain conditions
- Photography and filming is strictly prohibited in the temporary exhibition rooms
