      From vienna to parndorf, everything was OK, but in the return from parndorf to vienna, the bus did not come ontime and all the passengers had to wait for more than 30 minutes, finally a nice woman directed us to come back with taxi of course without extra payment.

      It all went good except for the part where I was unable to get on the bus back because the tickets were not working. Had to call the customer service to help resolve the situation and after 25min I was able to get on the bus.
