The setting was as promised. Very beautiful. It was very busy, lots of people, hard to navigate the crowds at times. Our tour guide was overwhelmed, left us standing in a group in the sun for over 30 minutes while she ran around looking for something. When someone asked about a restroom, she was very short and said “the more questions you ask me, the longer we are going to be delayed here.” We only got about 15 mins to explore the gardens.

Our tour guide was excellent which made Versailles a highlight experience for my grandchildren’s stay in Paris. The tour was professionally organised , our transport was air conditioned, and the viewing of Versailles was perfectly timed. I have no hesitation in recommending this tour but I can’t guarantee our wonderful guide.

The visit is very exciting, the operator is great and everything is well coordinated, although the large number of people who gather for the tour can be chaotic, it is very orderly and clear. And what about the visit to Versailles itself, a spectacle of the majesty of this era.-
