The guide arrived on time , transportation to Versailles without problems, clear instructions, everything just well organized. Got our tickets on the phone from the guide, departure on time. Great way to explore the Chateau if you don´t want to organize yourself by train and stand in the line to get the tickets, would do it again

This was amazing! I found my guide very easily with the instructions listed. Our bus was unable to pick us up to take us to the destination so they ordered taxis for us. The guides were very friendly and helpful. The palace is just breathtaking it’s a must see. We were able to get our audio guides which we loved it was easy to find where to pick them up. When we left it was easy to find our guide to go back to Paris we had no issues at all. Best experience ever!

The overall experience was great. Bus was on time for pickup at the stated pick up point and all guides were friendly and spoke multiple languages which was wonderful. My only negative feedback is the tour finishes late in the afternoon and with work related traffic a 30 minute ride back took 2 hours. Maybe having a different route planned or explaining this would be helpful as the bus made 2 stops. If you got off at the first stop would have saved a bunch of time since could have walked to hotel from the first location.
