We had a magical evening on board Captain Fracasse! The view, the food, the service was superb. Gregory our server was fun and very personable. The view of the Eiffel Tower, musee D’orsay and the statute of Liberty at night was astounding. I was skeptical booking online but it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend!

Everything was great, especially the meal. Although it wasn't a buffet, it was a 3 course dinner with meals that were both healthy and tasty. We enjoyed the background music with our cruise. I'm not sure if it was planned but the ride lasted longer than 2 hours which gave us the opportunity to watch the Eiffel Tower Light Show at night from the roof top of the boat (it was beautiful!).

Boat was modern, stylish and in good condition. Waiters and staff very friendly. Clean, no odors. Well behaved middle class plus crowd for our 6 pm departure. Food was well presented but spotty: some good, some bland. But not bad. Of course drinks were a bit overpriced; its a boat! Tables were spaced decently; did not feel crowded. Dinner and drinks are served on main deck under full roof, but anytime anyone can go up to top open- air deck and there is plenty of room. Boat goes back and forth up and down Seine so no matter what side you sit on you will see both banks. Our final bill was 50% higher than amount we signed up for. But we ordered 2 bottles of champagne and 4 cocktails for 6 people. Overall we thought it was worth it. Not a bargain, not a ripoff.
