We waited about an hour!!! To get on board, and it was really cold! I had a problem with my phone, it was running out of battery, everyone was helpful and kind, they checked my tickets earlier, except one man, he was upstairs, he told me, not in a good mood, that he cant speak english, but later i heard him talking in english. The food was excellent, but the view wasnt as nice as i was expected, and for having a place next to the window you need to pay 15 more for each person at the table, our waitress was the most kind person i met in Paris ❤️ helpfull and smily.

Very good experience the whole time. Sadly our seating was not by the window, you couldn choose or book this. Food was great and our waiter was fantastic. This was at the evening (20:15) and i think think this is the best time bcuz of all the light on the eiffeltower and etc.

Lovely boat, delicious meal. It was nice to be able to see the sites during daylight and at night. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. My only recommendation would be to add an option for translations of the menu. We spent a lot of time translating the menu in order to chose well. Again, the food itself was delicious.
