Pepe was amazing. Very informative and very funny as well. He made the experience worth it. He provided lots of little tips and tricks - here’s the big one: take the tour early as the lines get really long as the day goes on. Would definitely do this tour/company/guide again.

Overall the tour was good. The only comment I have to make is that at the beginning of the tour, during check in time, the guide who was doing check in was somewhat disorganized. She had a bad time organizing tourists into appropriate sections in order to check them in. Our tour guide, Karl was great.

Karl was an amazing host. He got us through the lines quickly, was able to upgrade our tickets to the top for a minimal fee and did a nice job of giving us an overview of the history of the tower. He made the tour fun and did an impressive job of flipping back and forth between English and French. We’d definitely do this again with him!
