The boat trip was great, and my son (13) loved it too. Since we had tickets, we didn't have to queue at the first line. In the ticket booth someone is sitting on the far left, to whom we showed the tickets and we were able to go directly to the ship. Then there was another queue, but it was covered there and you have to wait for the ship anyway. We had booked tickets with soft drink/crepe etc. Since there are so many stalls, we asked an employee from "our" boat and he showed us where we had to go. The crepe tasted great, we ate it with a view of the Eiffel Tower. For my son, the trip was a very impressive first impression of Paris, he was really "blown away". I've been to Paris several times, this was my first boat trip and I really enjoyed it too. It is definitely recommended!

The boat trip is very nice, especially in the evening...but also very popular. You have to expect a longer waiting time of about 30 minutes up to 2 hours. We didn't realize this beforehand and were shocked by the long queue upon arrival. It is best to plan more time so that you can get on the boat at your desired time. Otherwise, you always got a seat and could enjoy the view with the right audio guide. In addition, the staff was very nice and helpful and everything worked out wonderfully with the zixkets (both with the boat and with the snack).

Apparently, the correct barcode to access entry to the event was not sent to me. Thankfully the gentlemen, there were multiple, who check for the barcodes were very helpful and urged me to reach out to get your guide customer service. During this situation, I did miss two boats but the event was flexible with the time and I was eventually able to board the boat. I recommend going early and making sure everything works accurately. Also, once I spoke to customer service, they emailed me the correct bar code within 15 minutes. The crepe was very delicious and boat tour was very informative.
