Hello To begin with, it seems I booked it through an agent, assume you? andf paid 2x what I normally would have if I was more knowledgeable and booked directly with "with locals" There was a mixup with the original guide who could not make the Minday AM appointment. I agreed to change it to the afternoon with Alexandrine but a second guide Rachelle was subed. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. The tour was good! I went back and forth with Alexandrine to explain, although it was really not my responsibility. Finally, it was clarified for her by the agency and she had the audacity to send me a nasty e mail. This all took place after a long flt. the day before and jet lag! I really would like some sort of monetary refund or some voucher for future in paris as I hardly think it was worth $76.00 for 2 hours. Please!!!
