Guide was great. Lunch was a little protracted, and I felt like it ate into the museum time, which felt a little rushed. 7 people on the tour, 2 in my party, and 5 in the other. I did like the smaller group size, as the bigger groups always have more stragglers, and people that slow progress. It was nice meeting people with similar interests. Smaller group size was worth spending more money. IMO. Over all…5/5 stars. Would recommend.
History came alive on our Normandy beaches tour with Thelma and Sam! Sam, a professor by day, expertly weaved WWII history into a captivating narrative. Thelma, a journalist, kept us enthralled with her storytelling, making the past feel present. This tour is perfect for history lovers or anyone wanting a deeper understanding of D-Day and the Normandy landings
It was great! Loved the double decker bus and had lots of room. The tour itself was very informative and our guide did a great job of making sure we were huddled around near him. Thank you!
Our guide, Elinor, was excellent. Despite two storm bursts she kept us going and excited. Knowledgable, poised, professional and cool under pressure. It was a wonderful day.
perfect..Fernando, a terrible guy.. he guided us in absolutely everything, including where to leave our luggage to make a more comfortable visit. Highly recommended!
